We are committed to delivering your jewelry securely and efficiently. Our shipping policies are designed to protect your purchase from the moment it leaves our facility.

• Order Processing Time: All items are either Made-to-Order or Ready-to-Ship. Orders ship only after processing, manufacturing (if applicable), and final preparation. Refer to the product detail page for the Ship By Date.
• Secure Delivery: A signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
• Physical Address Required: We ship exclusively to physical home or business addresses. P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
• Fully Insured Shipping: All orders ship fully insured at no additional cost.
• Address Finalization: Shipping addresses cannot be changed or redirected once an order is placed. Please confirm accuracy at checkout.
• Delivery Attempts: FedEx typically makes three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you before re-shipping.
• Loss Responsibility: Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
• External Delays: Reverra Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses.

Made-to-Order Items (Handcrafted Just for You)

• Production Time: Approximately 2–3 weeks before shipment.
• Estimated Delivery: Most orders ship on or before the listed Ship By Date. Final quality checks may occasionally cause minor delays.
• Shipping: FREE insured FedEx 2Day® (U.S.) or FedEx International Economy® (2–5 business days). Signature required.
• Expedited Shipping: U.S. customers may select FedEx Overnight at checkout for an additional fee. Processing time still applies. Expedited international shipping is not available.
• Tracking: FedEx tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Ready-to-Ship Items (Faster Dispatch)

• Processing Time: Ships within 1–4 business days, depending on sizing requirements.
• Shipping: FREE insured FedEx 2Day® (U.S.) or FedEx International Economy® (2–5 business days). Signature required.
• Expedited Shipping: FedEx Overnight is available for U.S. customers at checkout. Processing time still applies.
• Tracking: FedEx tracking details will be sent via email once shipped.
