RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following policies apply to all domestic and international returns with Reverra Jewels.

Return Timeline

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date your original order was shipped.
  • Requests made after the 30-day window will not be approved.
  • Once your return is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days.

Item Condition

  • All returned items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and include all original documentation and packaging.

Accessories & Free Gifts

  • All returns must include all complimentary accessories, including but not limited to:
  • Jewelry boxes
  • Gift bags
  • Jewelry cleaners
  • Any Free Gift with Purchase

If a Free Gift with Purchase is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Certificates

  • Returned jewelry and/or loose diamonds must include the original lab-grown diamond certificate (where applicable).
  • A $50 replacement fee per missing certificate will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Address Finalization

  • For security reasons, shipping addresses cannot be changed or redirected once an order has been placed.
  • Please carefully review and confirm your shipping address at checkout.

Eligible Items & Refunds

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Ready-to-Ship jewelry
  • Made-to-Order items
  • Loose diamonds or gemstones
  • Custom jewelry
  • Special orders (including engraved items)

Refund Method

  • Most eligible items will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Custom jewelry and special orders are refunded as store credit only.

Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit may be applied one time toward a future custom or special order.
  • Once used, the purchase becomes final sale and is not eligible for further return or exchange.

Ineligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Orders submitted beyond the 60-day return window
  • Items engraved, altered, resized, modified, or repaired by any party other than Reverra Jewels or its authorized affiliates
  • Jewelry or loose stones showing signs of wear, damage, or having been set
  • Final Sale items (disclosed on the product page or by a sales associate)
  • Packages sent without a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number
  • Packages that are refused upon delivery

HOW TO RETURN

1) Initiate Your Return

Contact Reverra Jewels Customer Support via phone, chat, or email within the 60-day return period. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The name and billing email used for the original purchase
  • Item number(s) you wish to return

2) Receive Your RA Number & Shipping Label

Once approved, we will email you:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) Number
  • A pre-paid FedEx return shipping label
  • Detailed return instructions

The shipping label must be used within 7 days of receipt.

3) Package Your Return Securely

  • Place the jewelry in the original Reverra Jewels jewelry box
  • Include all original packaging, return paperwork, Free Gifts, and certificates (if applicable)

    Missing certificates: $50 deduction
    Missing Free Gifts: retail value deducted

  • Place all contents inside a secure shipping box

    We recommend using your original shipping box
    If unavailable, use a FedEx medium-sized box

  • Seal the box securely and remove or cover any old shipping labels
  • Affix the provided return shipping label to the box

Security Notice

For safety reasons, address the package to “RJ Returns” only.

Do not reference “Reverra Jewels,” “diamonds,” or “jewelry” anywhere on the package.

4) Ship Your Return

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number
  • Do not drop off packages at FedEx Drop Boxes or non-staffed locations
  • Always obtain and retain your shipping receipt as proof of shipment

Reverra Jewels and FedEx are not responsible for lost packages dropped at unattended locations.

REFUNDS

  • Upon receipt, all returns undergo a Quality Assurance inspection.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include all required materials.

Refund Processing

  • Inspection may take up to 5 business days after delivery.
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 4–7 business days after processing (bank timelines may vary).

Other Payment Methods

  • PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, financing providers, etc. will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Bank wire, cash, or special payment methods will be refunded via check.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers must follow all standard return steps plus the requirements below:

Carrier Requirement

  • Returns must be shipped using the pre-paid FedEx return label provided by Reverra Jewels.

Required Documentation
Please print, sign, and include:

  • Foreign Shipper’s Declaration for Returned Goods
  • Three (3) copies of the FedEx Airway Bill
  • Three (3) copies of the Export Commercial Invoice

Outer Box Marking

  • Clearly write “Return of U.S. Goods” on:

    The commercial invoice
    The outer shipping box

Customs Notice

  • These documents are required by U.S. Customs.
  • Missing, incomplete, or unsigned paperwork may:

    Delay your refund
    Result in duties and taxes being deducted from the refund amount
