Return & Exchange Policy

At Reverra Jewels, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and exchange policy below carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products for eligible items purchased from Reverra Jewels.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
  • Items must be:UnwornUnusedUndamagedReturned in original conditionReturned with all original packaging and documentation

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items.

Accepted Return Methods

Returns may be completed:

  • By mail
  • In-store (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • A prepaid return label may be included in the package or provided after approval.
  • Return shipping is free for approved eligible returns.
  • No restocking fees apply.

Included Items Required for Return

All returned orders must include:

  • Original jewelry box
  • Gift packaging (if provided)
  • Jewelry cleaner or complimentary accessories
  • Any free gift received with purchase

If a complimentary gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.

Diamond Certificates

For products that include a diamond certificate:

  • The original certificate must be returned with the item.
  • A replacement fee of $50 per missing certificate may be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Eligible Products

Eligible items may include:

  • Ready-to-ship jewelry
  • Made-to-order jewelry
  • Loose diamonds or gemstones

Store Credit Policy

Certain custom jewelry or special-order items may only qualify for store credit.

Store credit:

  • May only be used once toward a future purchase
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Final purchases made using store credit are not eligible for additional returns or exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items
  • Engraved or customized products
  • Items altered, resized, repaired, or modified by third parties
  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Packages refused upon delivery

Shipping Address Changes

For security purposes, shipping addresses cannot be modified after an order has been placed. Please verify your shipping information carefully before checkout.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval from Reverra Jewels. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN

1) Initiate Your Return

Contact Reverra Jewels Customer Support via phone, chat, or email within the 60-day return period. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The name and billing email used for the original purchase
  • Item number(s) you wish to return

2) Receive Your RA Number & Shipping Label

Once approved, we will email you:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) Number
  • A pre-paid FedEx return shipping label
  • Detailed return instructions

The shipping label must be used within 7 days of receipt.

3) Package Your Return Securely

  • Place the jewelry in the original Reverra Jewels jewelry box
  • Include all original packaging, return paperwork, Free Gifts, and certificates (if applicable)

    Missing certificates: $50 deduction
    Missing Free Gifts: retail value deducted

  • Place all contents inside a secure shipping box

    We recommend using your original shipping box
    If unavailable, use a FedEx medium-sized box

  • Seal the box securely and remove or cover any old shipping labels
  • Affix the provided return shipping label to the box

Security Notice

For safety reasons, address the package to “RJ Returns” only.

Do not reference “Reverra Jewels,” “diamonds,” or “jewelry” anywhere on the package.

4) Ship Your Return

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number
  • Do not drop off packages at FedEx Drop Boxes or non-staffed locations
  • Always obtain and retain your shipping receipt as proof of shipment

Reverra Jewels and FedEx are not responsible for lost packages dropped at unattended locations.

REFUNDS

  • Upon receipt, all returns undergo a Quality Assurance inspection.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include all required materials.

Refund Processing

  • Inspection may take up to 5 business days after delivery.
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 4–7 business days after processing (bank timelines may vary).

Other Payment Methods

  • PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, financing providers, etc. will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Bank wire, cash, or special payment methods will be refunded via check.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers must follow all standard return steps plus the requirements below:

Carrier Requirement

  • Returns must be shipped using the pre-paid FedEx return label provided by Reverra Jewels.

Required Documentation
Please print, sign, and include:

  • Foreign Shipper’s Declaration for Returned Goods
  • Three (3) copies of the FedEx Airway Bill
  • Three (3) copies of the Export Commercial Invoice

Outer Box Marking

  • Clearly write “Return of U.S. Goods” on:

    The commercial invoice
    The outer shipping box

Customs Notice

  • These documents are required by U.S. Customs.
  • Missing, incomplete, or unsigned paperwork may:

    Delay your refund
    Result in duties and taxes being deducted from the refund amount
